How we work.
We work async. Meetings are the exception, written thinking is the rule. Thoughts land in writing in a thread, answers come within hours. You stay in flow whenever you're in flow.
We operate in the DACH timezone. The tool pipeline is chosen so remote work from Dortmund, Vienna, Zurich or Hamburg is equally productive. We have no office, and we won't rent one.
Since Q1 2026 we run a 4-day week (Mon–Thu, 32 h) at full pay. Output is measured by delivery, not hours. If you're one of the first hires, you start on 4 days right away.
