Diagnoses, dosages, readings: the industry pack writes them chart-ready.

Industry pack · Medical

How it sounds

Anamnesis notes, finding reports, doctor letters. The Medical pack brings the formatting rules: diagnoses, dosages and readings land in report-ready notation. In-house shorthand and device names go in your dictionary.

Correct professional notation from the very first dictation. And no mishearing gets prettied up.

The term library

The industry pack brings the formatting rules of your field.

What goes wrong otherwise

  • ICD codes turn into words: “ICD-10” becomes “I see dee ten”.
  • Anamnesis dictation often takes longer than the patient consultation itself.
  • Drug names and active substances spelled phonetically.

What changes

  • ICD-10, EKG, MRI, CT: abbreviations you add written in correct casing with hyphens.
  • Dosages land in chart-ready notation (3× tägl. 500 mg) or stay verbatim.
  • Anatomical terms and Latin diagnoses without rework.

Fictional example scenario

On diagnoses I used to need a few minutes of corrections after every dictation: “ICD-10” became “I see dee ten”. With the Medical pack, the report simply comes out right.
