WhispaWave

All features

Background collage: dimmed windows show WhispaWave’s features at work (an email to Frau Schöllgen in Outlook, a personal dictionary, a snippet that turns the spoken trigger phrase “my signature” into the full signature block, style presets, language chips, a translate setting from German to English, an on-site measurement with 3 × 4 m and €327.50, Slack in Spanish, Gmail in French, WhatsApp in German, a meeting with three detected speakers, an attribution overview with statements per speaker and outcome minutes). In the middle sits a text field with the WhispaWave speech pill below: the pill wakes up, the headline “Speak and stay in the flow. We handle the rest.” types itself into the field once and stays; below it, three explainer paragraphs rotate in the pill’s rhythm. With the first paragraph, the “Try Pro for 14 days” button appears and stays; along the bottom edge of the collage sit four equally sized buttons to the feature pages Dictate, The Polish, Translate and Conversation mode.

Dictate where typing is a pain.

Train, airport, between two meetings: you just keep talking, WhispaWave types wherever your cursor is. No tray-table typing.

Detects the app. Hits the tone.

Set style and address once; from then on WhispaWave automatically matches tone, casing and punctuation to wherever you write.

Even whispered. In the library.

A quiet voice is enough. Open office, train, next to a sleeping kid. Nobody has to hear you, and you’re just as fast.

Select. Shortcut. Reshaped.

Select text, press a shortcut, reshaped. You stay in your app. And you create your own transforms with a custom prompt and shortcut.

More on the Polish

Double-tap Fn. Then say what should happen.

When you dictate, your speech becomes the text. Here your speech is the instruction: with nothing selected WhispaWave writes new text at the cursor, with a selection exactly that passage gets replaced. No saved prompt, no chat window.

More on Command Mode

Demo in three situations: a poem about flowers at dawn appears in an empty note on request. In a chat, the key facts about Cologne Cathedral land straight in the input field. In an email, a selected paragraph typed in anger is replaced by a calm, factual version while the salutation and sign-off stay put. At the bottom edge, the speech pill and a capsule with the spoken sentence show what produced each text.

63 languages. Any to any.

WhispaWave understands 100 languages and translates 63 of them fully polished. You pick source and target freely in the language dropdown: speak in one language, the finished text appears in the other. In real time.

The language pair changes automatically every few seconds. WhispaWave understands 100 languages and translates between the 63 fully polished ones.

Knows your words. And routines.

Three ways into the dictionary: manual, industry pack or auto-learning from your corrections. Plus snippets: you say a short phrase and WhispaWave writes out the whole saved text. And a scratchpad for everything else.

More on personalization

A library of snippet tiles: signature, calendar link, directions, support reply, elevator pitch, opening hours. Below the tiles the stored text blocks expand one after another, e.g. the signature of Anna Weber (Mustermann GmbH) or a calendar link.

You’re in the conversation. Not in the minutes.

Listen, think, decide: conversation mode takes the minutes. What comes out of it is right below.
Included in every plan · more hours with Pro+ (€25/month)

Your meeting. Summarised, done.

Conversation mode records your conversation or imports a recording, separates the speakers automatically and delivers a structured summary. You pick the format. Optionally with the audio from Teams, Meet or Zoom.
