Cancel your subscription

The iPhone app is currently available in German only: where this document names its buttons and settings, it gives English translations of the German labels you see in the app.

Cancel your WhispaWave contract directly online: no login, no questions asked. This page is the confirmation page required by Section 312k of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Fill in the form and click “cancel now”. You will immediately see a confirmation with the date and time of receipt on this page and additionally receive it by email in text form.

Your cancellation goes to: WhispaWave UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Amsterdamer Weg 7, 44269 Dortmund, Germany.

Type of cancellation

The email address your WhispaWave account is registered with. This lets us match the cancellation to your contract.

When should the contract end?

Not required. Your cancellation is processed the same way without feedback.

Good to know

  • You can also cancel your contract by email to hello@whispawave.de.
  • Subscribed in the iPhone app through the App Store? Then cancel in your Apple Account’s subscription settings: on your iPhone under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in WhispaWave under “Billing” › “Manage subscription”. Only there can Apple stop the charges; a cancellation sent through this form does not reach Apple (section 23 of our Terms of Service).
  • Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected: withdrawal policy. Within the withdrawal period you can withdraw online: withdraw from the contract here.
