Withdraw from your contract

Withdraw from your WhispaWave contract directly online: no login, no reasons required. This page is the withdrawal function required by Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Fill in the form and click “confirm withdrawal”. You will immediately see a confirmation with the date and time of receipt on this page and additionally receive it by email.

Your withdrawal goes to: WhispaWave UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Amsterdamer Weg 7, 44269 Dortmund, Germany.

The email address your WhispaWave account is registered with. This lets us match the withdrawal to your contract and send you the confirmation of receipt.

Which contract do you want to withdraw from?

The date of your order, if you have it at hand. Without it we process the withdrawal just the same.

Not required. You do not have to give a reason.

We use your details only to process the withdrawal. See the privacy policy for details.

Good to know

  • You can also withdraw by email to widerruf@whispawave.de, for example with the model withdrawal form in the withdrawal policy (German).
  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. Sending the withdrawal before the period ends is sufficient.
  • Not a withdrawal, but ending your subscription at the end of its term? Use cancel your subscription.
