A transform does that: set up as your own prompt (“Aufgabenliste”, “Terminnotiz”, “Ideenliste”) it sits right under ✦ Umwandlungen in the scratchpad. Three dictations, three results: the demo switches scenarios every run.
You hold fn and speak an unordered stream of thoughts into the scratchpad — WhispaWave jots it down as clean text, still one block. Then you pick a custom transform under ✦ Umwandlungen, and the block turns into order. The demo rotates three scenarios: task chaos becomes a checklist with deadlines via “Aufgabenliste” (follow up with Anna Weber, pull the Mustermann GmbH numbers, receipts to the tax adviser, an answer for Tobias Krause, printer paper). Planning thoughts become a structured note via “Terminnotiz” — the handover with Ms Schöllgen on Tuesday at 11 a.m. highlighted, meter readings and protocol before, the utility company after. And a collection of ideas becomes grouped bullet points for website, onboarding and team via “Ideenliste”.
