Transforms: select once, five shapes. A spoken stream of thought after a phone call (“okay also ich hab gerade mit frau berger von der agentur telefoniert wegen dem website relaunch … angebot bis donnerstag … zugangsdaten fürs cms … jonas … newsletter ankündigung … kickoff montag zehn uhr”) is selected and reshaped by transform. The built-in Polish ⌥1 cleans up the same text: the fillers “okay also” and “ähm” are struck through and disappear, the opening becomes “Ich habe gerade mit Frau Berger von der Agentur zum Website-Relaunch telefoniert. Sie schickt uns das überarbeitete Angebot bis Donnerstag.” The same text, clean. The custom transform “Förmliche E-Mail” (hotkey optional, here ⌥3) turns it into a finished email with greeting, paragraphs and sign-off: “Guten Tag Frau Berger, vielen Dank für das Telefonat eben zum Website-Relaunch. Die Zugangsdaten für das CMS erhalten Sie vorab — mein Kollege Jonas meldet sich dazu heute direkt bei Ihnen. Ihrem überarbeiteten Angebot bis Donnerstag sehe ich gerne entgegen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Anna Weber.” The custom transform “To-do-Liste” (⌥4) turns it into four items: Jonas: CMS-Zugangsdaten an Frau Berger — heute. Überarbeitetes Angebot prüfen — kommt bis Donnerstag. Newsletter-Ankündigung texten — 2–3 Sätze, locker-professionell. Kickoff zusagen: Montag, 10 Uhr. The custom transform “Slack-Nachricht” (⌥5) turns it into one tight direct message to Jonas: “Kurz aus dem Berger-Call: Angebot kommt Donnerstag, Kickoff Montag 10 Uhr — schickst du ihr heute noch die CMS-Zugangsdaten?” And the built-in Prompt Engineer ⌥2 turns the request for the newsletter text into a structured AI prompt with title, role & stance, task, context and output requirements.
